Promoted by John Deere, global leader in manufacturing agricultural equipment with 185 years of market experience, the event &#8220;17<sup>th<\/sup> Supplier Meeting&#8221; recognizes and rewards the best suppliers in its production chain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this edition, the Company received the &#8220;Supplier of the Year&#8221; award, the most important award granted by the manufacturer, where it competed with all the national suppliers of John Deere, standing out, among peers, for their exceptional performance in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At the same event, the company reached the \u201cJohn Deere Partner\u201d category, which recognizes suppliers that attain the required score within the Achieving Excellence supplier program. Being recognized with the \u201cPartner\u201d level means that Schulz has achieved excellence in the five pillars that compose the program: quality, delivery, processes, relationships and value creation. In this way, the company joins this select group of the manufacturer\u2019s best suppliers in Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last Monday, April 4<sup>th<\/sup>, the top management of John Deere in Brazil visited Schulz headquarters in Joinville &#8211; Santa Catarina to honor the company by delivering the awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The partnership between Schulz and John Deere began more than 20 years ago and has already yielded eleven other awards to the company. Currently, Schulz supplies hundreds of casted, machined, painted and assembled components for the manufacture of agricultural machinery and construction equipment, with large annual volumes supplied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Winning these awards reinforces Schulz Automotiva&#8217;s commitment to quality and excellence in manufacturing its products. For this, the company continually invests in innovating its processes to meet the growing needs of this market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Schulz S.A.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company currently employs more than 3,600 workers.
